On 16.12.2011, two weeks time was taken by learned counsel for the petitioner for filing rejoinder to the counter affidavit. On 09.01.2015, on prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the case was again adjourned for two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid and taking into consideration the fact that neither learned counsel for the petitioner is present nor there is any rejoinder to the counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.48 of 2009 (5) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 affidavit in which the stand is that the petitioner is not entitled to any post retiral benefit, as he superannuated as a daily wage earner, has not been replied, the writ petition stands disposed off.
