JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 The report, as called for by an order dated 15.11.2017, has been received from the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Aurangabad, and it has been informed that the police after investigation has submitted final report, whereafter the notice has been sent to the local police for service upon the informant, but the same has returned by the local police with endorsement that the notice be sent to the relevant police station in the State of West Bengal for service to the informant and, accordingly, notice had been sent to the West Bengal police authority.

In this case nobody had appeared on the last date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47493 of 2014 (4) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 hearing i.e. on 15.11.2017. Today also nobody appears for the petitioners and it appears that the petitioners have lost the interest in this case.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
