JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 25.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2015, medical evidence does not support the recent sign of sexual assault and age of the victim has been assessed as 20 years to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution version. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, considering the detention of the petitioner, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months, and
