JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher, the remedy for him as against the impugned order of transfer is only before the competent District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.

This application is, therefore, wholly misconceived and ill-advised.

When such an observation has been made learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move the competent Tribunal. That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
