Petitioner seeks bail in Amas P.S. Case No.84 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 385, 387 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), 26A, 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that eight persons came on the site where construction was going on and made demand of levy. It is further alleged that informant heard that they were taking name of Santosh Yadav and Ramashish Yadav. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66206 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.84 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
