The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon P.S. case No. 570 of 2014 under Section 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Neeraj Singh. Save and except confessional statement of Neeraj Singh, the police did not collect any tangible material. The petitioner is in jail since 09.10.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
