JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GP No. 30, submits that the present writ petition has been filed against a common order passed by the Additional Member, Board of Revenue, Bihar at Patna, whereby, six revision petitions were disposed of by a common order and against the said order earlier one writ petition vide CWJC No. 6764 of 2008, was preferred, which has been directed to be transmitted to the Bihar Land Tribunal vide order dated 4.4.2013. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for transferring the record of this case in terms of the order dated 4.4.2013 passed in CWJC No. 6764 of 2008. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the fact that in one of the identical writ petitions, order has been passed for transferring the record to the Bihar Land Tribunal, the court is of the opinion that in view of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6524 of 2009 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry can be directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith. Accordingly, it is directed for transferring the record to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U
