JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, in view of rival contentions raised and serious disputed questions of facts, this Court is inapt to adjudicate upon this matter. However, it would be open to the petitioner to move the Bihar Works Arbitration Tribunal if he has any claim left pursuant to orders of this Court or any other claim in relation to the contract executed by him.

With the aforesaid leave, this application stands disposed of.
