Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court but again the bail petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on the ground that the informant was examined in trial court as prosecution witness no. 4 but he failed to identify the petitioner in dock and, similarly, three other prosecution witnesses also failed to identify the petitioner . No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent but taking into consideration the aforesaid fact as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner is in jail custody since 04.09.2014, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in
