The petitioner seeks regular bail in Morkahai P.S. Case No. 162/2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the written report. It is alleged that informant's brother came during Chhat festival and he was sleeping in under-constructed house in the night. The informant heard sound of firing and reached the place of occurrence and found his brother lying dead. The informant raised suspicion against Suman Tanti who had illicit relation with the wife of deceased. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed by Suman Tanti in his confessional statement. Beside,

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S.
