Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that similarly situated co-accusedPrabhakar Kumar @ Panda @ Pandav Kumar, Budhan Yadav @ Vidhan Yadav and Ors have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.17482 of 2019 and Cr.Misc.No.19172 of 2019 respectively. Let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 01.11.2018, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
