The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 37 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners were exonerated by the police after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30882 of 2021(2) dt.08-02-2022 2/2 completion of investigation, but the Court below has taken cognizance differing with the final form submitted by the police and also considering the protest petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM XIII cum Sub Judge XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 37/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
