The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur.

The prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected earlier on 17.05.2016 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20701 of 2016 on merit. Now, at present, I find no any fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is again rejected.
