JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 The issue of deficient court fee is pending before the respondent-Additional Collector since 2001. We are in 2019. Considering the fact that the matter is pending for the last 18 years, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Collector to take final decision on the issue of deficient court fee one way or the other in Evaluation Case No. 46 of 2000-2001. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.
