This application is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. directed against the order dated 04.04.2014 passed in K.Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No.149 of 2013, whereunder on perusal of the case diary and materials available on the record the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea took the cognizance for the offence under Section 341, 323, 379, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the accused/petitioners. On going through the impugned order, prima facie I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47318 of 2014 (3) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. However, petitioner would be at liberty to raise his grievance before trial Court at appropriate stage.
