Having regard to the admitted position that the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher and is aggrieved by an order dated 05.05.2015 contemplating to terminate her services, this Court would find the present writ application to be premature and ill advised for a simple reason that the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy under Rule 18 of the Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Employment & Service Conditions) Rules, 2006/2012.
