The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a farmer. Allegation is that he made interpolation showing excess land in the rent receipt just to get facilitated to sell more paddy with the paddy purchase centre. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13788 of 2017 (2) dt.30-03-2017 each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhabhua/Successor Court in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No.708 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
