ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 The Petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 15.4.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.880 of 2014, which was thereafter confirmed by order dated 17.9.2014. A modification petition has been filed stating therein that fact of the matter is that the Petitioner had never surrendered and obtained provisional anticipatory bail and hence the order be modified to the extent that fresh anticipatory bail be granted. In view of the final settlement of the dispute and the compromise petition having been filed, the Court below shall drop the proceedings of Complaint case No.251 of 2012 in the interest of the parties.

Application stands disposed of.
