The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for pre-arrest bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 01.04.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 38896 of 2014 on the ground that this case has been lodged under pressure and collusion with Ajoy Srivastava against whom the petitioner complained to the Head Office of Central Bank of India. Without proper authorization the F.I.R. has been lodged in 2013 against the petitioner who was the then Branch Manager of the same Branch in the year 2008. In F.I.R. it is not disclosed as to when inspection was done by Sri Sarbeshwar Prasad Singh and whether he was authorized to inspect by the Zonal Office, Regional Office or Head Office. During investigation the Investigating Officer has called for some

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40205 of 2015 (3) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 documents but the same have not been supplied up till now. In investigation nothing has come and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

The learned A.P.P. opposes prayer for bail.

Considering the submissions and going through the case diary and noticing no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner, again prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 464 of 2013 pending in the court of C.J.M. Sitamarhi.
