(1) That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction commanding the Respondent to join the petitioner on the post of Prakhand Shikshak in the light of the order dated 12.01.2011 passed by the District Education Employment Appellate Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram."

Patna High Court CWJC No.4714 of 2011(3) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram under Section 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015 for execution of the order dated 12.01.2011 passed by the District Education Employment Appellate Authority, Rohtas, Sasaram.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
