The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For commanding and directing the respondents to ensure payment of arrear of salary for the period between 13.02.2008 to July 2009, with all consequential benefits in light of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. no. 12826 of 2008.

(ii) For commanding and directing the respondents to pay interest on the said amount for deliberate and inordinate delay caused by the respondents in payment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20767 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 bonafide amount, for which petitioner is legally entitled."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
