The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The case filed by the petitioner is earlier in time. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is specific allegation that he assaulted on the head of informant by Tangi. From perusal of injury report vide Annexure -2, it appears that all the injuries have been found to be simple except injury no. 1 which is said to be dangerous to

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
