On getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements, raid was conducted and during course thereof, so many persons were apprehended including the petitioner. From the seizure list, it is apparent that two mobile sets were seized from his possession. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 13.07.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner Mantu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Kumari Jyotshna, Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. case no. 143 of 2016.
