The petitioners apprehend their arrest in sadar P.S. Case No. 224 of 2010 registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the deceased made allegation that her daughter was married to Dabloo Paswan but her husband started torturing her immediately after marriage as her husband had illicit relationship with his own sister-in-law. The informant got information that her daughter was done to death and disposed of her dead body. It appears that the petitioners are brothers-inlaw, sister-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant has not made any specific allegation against the

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Sadar P.S.
