Initially, case was registered under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code but after investigation, police submitted charge sheet for the offences punishable under sections 363, 373, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act. Statement of victim was recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she stated about involvement of the petitioner and one Sajjan Devi. However. Co- accused Sajjan Devi has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 19.9.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 40575/2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
