Petitioner seeks bail in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 326, 386, 387, 307, 504, 120(B) Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
In the written report, it is alleged that on the order of Rakesh Mahto, this petitioner opened fire twice. It is alleged that informant sustained injury on his thigh due to first firing and second fire did not hit him.
Injury report of the informant has been annexed as Annexure-2. The doctor has found one injury caused by firearm on thigh, which was found to be grievous.
Petitioner is said to be in custody since 04.05.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
