Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016 registered under Sections366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner have been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. The victim, in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C., did not whisper anything against these petitioners. Petitioners are separate from the co-accused Raj Kumar. Petitioners have clean antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10340 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
