JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. a) For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) commanding the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization on the Post of Bihar Jail Nai and Safai Mazdoor or any other suitable post as the respondents deem fit in view of the fact that the petitioner is working in Beur Central Jail Patna on daily wages without any break for more than 10 years.

b) For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) commanding the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5254 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 respondent to give the minimum pay scale of the post on which the petitioner is working since more than a decade till the petitioner's request for regularization is under consideration. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
