No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even today. Learned counsel for the State and opposite party nos. 2 to 10 submit that opposite party nos. 2 to 10 have filed the showcause mentioning therein that the sole petitioner of this Case Yogendra Dubey died on 29.9.2014, as such, the present application has become infructuous and it is fit to be dismissed. Considering the facts and circumstances, this petition is dismissed.
