Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 381 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of appearing in place of another person in the examination of Police SubInspector as his photograph did not tally with the photograph uploaded at the time of filling up on-line form. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. He has no criminal
