JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 Sri Binod Bihari Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of learned AC to AAG No. 7 at the very outset submits that during pendency of the writ petition grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. However , he submits that deducted amount was refunded to the petitioner much belatedly an as such, on recovered amount which has been paid to the petitioner the petitioner is entitled to get interest. In view of the facts and circumstances particularly the fact that payment has already been made to the petitioner , who superannuated as Assistant Engineer, there is no need to pass any further order.

The writ petition stands disposed of .
