Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The impugned order reveal that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Balram Chouhan. FIR is against unknown. Some other co-accused, namely, Balram Chouhan and Md. Sohrab @ Chand have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.02.2019 and 24.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10472 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 8279 of 2019.
