The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 29.07.2022.

As per the F.I.R, petitioner was apprehended with one loaded pistol and two live cartridges from his possession. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-1st, Barh, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21800 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Maranchi Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of following cases at the earliest :- (A) Maranchi P.S. Case No. 1/18 under Sections 147,341,323,447,325,308,504,506,120 (B) I.P.C. (B) Maranchi P.S. Case No. 22/22 under Section 452,341,323,354 (B),504,506 I.P.C.
