Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Unknown criminals came to the hardware shop of the informant and fired from their firearm causing injury at the thigh of the informant.
Submission of the petitioner is that he is in custody since 18.01.2016 and up-till-now no TI Parade was conducted nor anything was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs that there is no material against the petitioner in the case diary. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

No.42727 of 2016 (3) dt.13-12-2016 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur/Successor Court in connection with Aurai P.S.
