That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to consider the case of promotion of the petitioners on class-III post of Lower Divisional Clerk in Patna Range from class IV post of cook on which they are serving and if found to be fulfilling all criteria's as per amended rules/new rules then they be granted the said

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
