2. The issue relates to cancelling of the lease deed in favour of the petitioner by the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority in Industrial Area, Pandaul in the District of Madhubani, by order issued under Memo No. 2118 dated 31.08.2007.

3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue stood decided by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Deepak Paints (P) Ltd. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported as 2008(2) PLJR 293. It has further been submitted that the challenge to the same in L.P.A. No. 353 of 2008 and its analogous cases by the BIADA, the case has been disposed off on 18.03.2015 by modifying the order of the learned Single Bench.
