====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.3462 of 2012, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the marriage of opposite party no.2 was solemnized with Md. Ibrar as per the Muslim law, but after some time, he started torturing and giving threatening for the second marriage. It has been alleged that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28261 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 husband of opposite party no.2 developed illicit relationship with the petitioner no.2 and the petitioner no.1 is the mother whereas the petitioner no.3 is brother of petitioner no.2 Ladia Khatoon.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No.-CA-3462 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
