JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 This application has been filed for cancellation of bail of O.P.No.2, namely, Abdul Ajij, who has been granted pre arrest bail in connection with Mahil P.S. Case No. 6 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act by the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VII, Madhubani on 07.08.2018 vide ABP No. 793 of 2018. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is the wife of O.P. No.2 and before the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VII, Madhubani, petitioner expressed her desire to live with her husband (O.P. No.2), but in spite of the submission of the petitioner, learned

In view of the above submission, I do not find any reason to cancel the bail bond of the O.P. No.2 in the light order dated 07.08.2018 passed in ABP No. 793 of 2018 by the Addl. Sessions Judge-VII, Madhubani.
