Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to order dated 18.06.2019, the State was directed to file a comprehensive counter affidavit stating that the fact regarding acquittal of the petitioner was

Patna High Court CWJC No.6865 of 2019(8) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 taken into consideration while disposing of the representation dated 08.01.2019. In pursuance to the said order, 2nd supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents bringing on record order dated 12.07.2019 by which a speaking and reasoned order has been passed after consideration of the representation filed by the petitioner. In the light of the said order, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to challenge the said order before the appropriate authority/Court with the competent jurisdiction. The present writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
