The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gorgi P.S. Case No. 436/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has not been caught on the spot and he is father of one Vishal Kumar who has been arrested, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of he is arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
