2. this appeal has been preferred against the Judgment and Award dated 18.08.2009 and 29.08.2009 passed by the 9th Additional District Judge cum Motor
Patna High Court MA No.146 of 2010 dt.28-01-2015 Vehicle Accident Claim Tribunal, Chapra, in connection with Claim Case No. 8/93.
3. It is pointed out that earlier order dated 21.01.2015 has not been complied with. Hence, there is now nothing remains to do except stating that in the light of the order, this appeal is hereby dismissed with the cost as indicated to be deposited before the claim tribunal below within a month failing which it will be realized in the manner indicated in the order.
4. The statutory amount may be transmitted to the claim tribunal for needful.
