09.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Statement has been made in the counter affidavit that the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid except difference of salary in the revised scale with effect from 01.04.2007, which, as per the release of the fund by the State Government, 40% has already been paid as has been done in the case of other similarly situated persons and the remaining 60% shall be paid upon release of fund by the State Government. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that besides the aforesaid there may be some more dues remaining. He thus submits that the application may be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the authority concerned with regard to his remaining dues, if any. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.11296 of 2011 (5) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondents no. 4 and 5 with regard to any other dues remaining unpaid to the petitioner. If the same is done within a period of four weeks along with a copy of this order, the concerned officer shall be obliged to look into the same and pass reasoned order within three weeks of filing of such representation. If any further payment is found due to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within the next three weeks.
