The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. case No. 5/2020 registered u/s 414 of the IPC. The informant alleged that he got information that petitioner, who runs a garage, had kept stolen motor cycle and on such raid was conducted. A stolen Hero Honda Glamour motor cycle was recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no case of theft. The petitioner is owner of garage and some person had kept the motor cycle for repair in the garage. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2020. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
