1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 26.12.2023, passed by the Respondent No. 03 the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 45 of 2017, whereby the order of the Respondent No. 5, the District Programme Officer, passed in case No. 62 of 2015,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5971 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 dated 12.07.2017 has been affirmed and further for direction to concerned authorities to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Centre No. 106, situated in Gurmiya Panchayat at Ward No. 04."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
