The petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No. 523 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioner and his brother Beena @ Krishna Yadav stopped the motorcycle and assaulted him with stick. Petitioner and his brother are also alleged to have bitten the informant.
It is submitted that the motorcycle was recovered around the house of the accused-petitioner. The injuries found on the informant are simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 24.09.2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts that on account of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47030 of 2014 (4) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 assault and bite made by the petitioner, simple injuries are found and for that the petitioner is in jail for about seven months, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.
