Petitioner was caught with 9.375 Indian and foreign liquor and for the aforesaid act, he is languishing in jail custody since 12.09.2016. Moreover, one co-accused Rakesh Ram @ Ramai Ram has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with C-198 of 2016.
