2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 646 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 140(3), 111, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that certain unknown miscreants have caught the informant. They were armed with weapons. When the informant raised alarm, one of them was apprehended, who was identified as Saurav Kumar, and he has disclosed that this petitioner has arranged the contract killer at eight lakh rupees.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no

He also submits that from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that only allegation against the petitioner is that he has surrounded the informant and fled away when the alarm was raised. He further submits that nobody has received any kind of injury. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by the learned coordinate bench of this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 84227 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.10.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-XXXIII, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 646 of 2025.
