The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the FIR, over a land dispute, several accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his family members by means of rod, lathi, danda and iron rod resulting into head injury to Pintu Choudhary and Dinesh Chaudhary.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Members of both sides have received injuries.

Similarly situated other accused person has already been enlarged on bail by another coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25737 of 2022. Petitioner is in custody since 9.1.2023. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda (Biharsharif) in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 476 of 2021.
