The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.286 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 461, 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of committing theft. He is in custody since 07.07.2023 having clean antecedent. Co-accused Kishan Kumar @ Krishna Das has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.67331 of 2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23360 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi / concerned Court, in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.286 of 2023. 6.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Pupri Police Station, DistrictSitamarhi on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
