2. The petitioners (petitioner no. 1 & 2) apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 337, 338, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., all the accused persons including these petitioners brutally assaulted informant, as a result of which, he sustained six injuries, out of which, two injuries are grievous in nature.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
